Ingram wins Walmart BFL event on Lay Lake

Boater Chris Ingram of Eclectic, Ala., caught a five-bass limit weighing 21 pounds, 15 ounces April 16 to win $4,000 in the BFL Bama Division tournament on Lay Lake. He was running grass using a black jig to haul in his catch.
   
   
Millsaps outfishes BFL field on Lake Sinclair

Boater David Millsaps of Ranger, Ga., caught a five-bass limit weighing 15 pounds April 16 to win $4,119 in the BFL Bulldog Division tournament on Lake Sinclair. He was using spinnerbaits in stained water about 3 to 5 feet deep.
   
   
Medlock makes grade on Lake Toho

Boater Brandon Medlock of Lake Placid, Fla., caught a five-bass limit weighing 20 pounds, 9 ounces April 16 to win $4,199 in the BFL Gator Division tournament on Lake Toho. He was fishing in pencil weeds with a Medlock Double-guard jig near the Kissimmee River to haul in his catch.
   
   
Trovillion takes BFL win on Kentucky, Barkley lakes

Boater Joel Trovillion of Grantsburg, Ill., caught a five-bass limit weighing 18 pounds, 3 ounces April 16 to win $3,426 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus in the BFL LBL Division tournament on Kentucky-Barkley lakes. He was using crankbaits to haul in his catch.
   
   
Epperson best boater on Lake Cumberland

Boater Doyle Epperson of Nancy, Ky., caught a five-bass limit weighing 19 pounds, 4 ounces April 16 to win $4,046 in the BFL Mountain Division tournament on Lake Cumberland. He was fishing the edge of drops with swimbaits on the main lake to haul in his catch.
   
   
Kirby wins Walmart BFL event on Lake Wylie

Boater Keith Kirby of Gaffney, S.C., caught a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 11 ounces April 16 to win $4,244 in the BFL North Carolina Division tournament on Lake Wylie. He was using crankbaits to haul in his limit.
   
   
Shenandoah Division event on Potomac River canceled

FLW Outdoors announced the Walmart BFL Shenandoah Division Potomac River event originally scheduled for Saturday, April 16, has been canceled due to unsafe conditions. FLW Outdoors officials said the decision was made with angler safety in mind. The tournament will be rescheduled in the near future.
